IC Design Tools

• Schematics are captured using Laker AMS (Cohesion)
• Analog simuilations are done using 64 bit Smartspice (Silvaco)
• Mixed Mode simulations are done using Smash  (Dolphin)
• Layouts, including LVS and DRC are done with Slam (Stabie-Soft)
• Both a schematic capture file and a layout gds stream file are delivered to the customer
